How to : School Canteen

As part of the digital transition implemented by the Prince's Government, you have a "School canteen" account, accessible via the website of your child/children's school.

This online service allows you to :

  • Check the actual consumption of your child(ren)
  • Receive notification by e-mail that bills are available in your "parents" area
  • Pay bills by direct debit or credit card directly online.

To connect to your child's School Restaurant Portal :

  • Click on the "School meals" button on the home page of the school website
  • Enter the e-mail address you have given the school in the "User" area
  • Generate a password using the "Forgot your password" procedure.

 School meals are billed monthly on an actual basis (only meals consumed[1] are billed).

At the beginning of each month, you will receive notification that your bill is available by e-mail. Please check your e-mail inbox.

For the 2022-2023 school year, the unit price of a meal per child is €5.57 including VAT.

If you do not wish to benefit from paperless invoicing, you can log in and access the "My Account" section, then uncheck the "Receive invoices by email" box.

You will then receive all your canteen invoices on paper in your child(ren)'s liaison/correspondence book and will still be able to access the other functions of the service.

Families who do not have an internet connection should contact the school administrator or bursar.
